Sand Blasting : This Process is mainly done on Jeans whereby the fabric is treated with special pressure-fed sand to get the more natural, worn out/faded look.

Laser : This technique is used to get the desired result accurately and quickly. The pattern information generated by computer color separation system can control the striking point of laser which makes the pattern appeared on the garment without damaging the fabric and the pattern is engraved and grinded on the jeans wear.

Scrapping :
This operation can be managed by brushes and abrasive stones. For these operations we have a manually operated wide electric driven brushing kit and balancer for getting the used.
Splashing : In this operation we use various chemicals such as chlorine derivates, pigments and resins on jeans, jackets, shirts and skirts. The splashing machines are used for spraying and painting operations. |
