Today, World wise, preshrunk is the keyword for any garment made from natural fiber or its blends. Within garment designing, washing is a phase, which provides all the look and feel to the garment. One cannot even dream of selling a jeans without a wash. It is similar likewise to try to sell a Mercedes Benz car without paint on it.

The main function of our company, Arrow Clothing Pvt. Ltd. Is washing of stitched but unfinished readymade cotton garments. Our Specialty in washing is the removal of natural indigo from jeans either (a) locally by stone hammering or (b) wholly by vigorous treatment in soap solution or (c) enzymatic treatments ( i.e. bacterial solutions) under control temperature and controlled pH conditions.

Basically one laundry wash in a wash
wheel (of Jeans garment) is equivalent
to about 10 times home washing of a garment. As per
today’s fashion all over the world, washed cotton
garments are preferred by the end users (customers).
Hence we come into existence predominantly in today’s fashion world. |
